These Terms and Conditions explain purchases and use of digital products sold through theweightofhurdles.com by RobyTech Publishing. Please read them together with the product description, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Products and editions
Your purchase includes the edition, file formats, and benefits described on the product page and in your order summary. An eBook, audiobook, bundle, or Founders Edition includes only the items expressly listed for that purchase. A digital purchase does not include a printed book unless the listing specifically states otherwise.
Any preorder, future release, or benefit to be delivered later must be identified in the product listing, together with its stated availability or delivery information.
2. Prices, payment, and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Review the final total, including any applicable taxes and discounts, before submitting your order. Payments are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout and are subject to that provider’s applicable terms.
Submitting the checkout form does not by itself confirm that an order was successfully processed. An order confirmation identifies the recorded purchase. A payment receipt alone does not provide a download link. If you believe you were charged but received no order confirmation, contact us before attempting another purchase.
Valid discount codes apply according to the offer’s stated conditions. An authorized zero-dollar order does not require a payment charge, but it must still be successfully processed to receive download access.
3. Digital delivery and access
For available digital products, download access is provided after successful order processing and any required payment confirmation. Download instructions are provided through the order confirmation page or order email. If an account was created for your order, available downloads may also appear in that account.
Provide an accurate email address and check your spam or junk folder if an email does not arrive. Any download limits or expiry dates shown with your purchase apply. Keep your purchase confirmation and save a personal backup of downloaded files. Contact us if files are missing, damaged, or inaccessible.
4. Device and software compatibility
You need an internet connection, sufficient storage, and software capable of opening the file formats listed for your edition. PDF, EPUB, audio, and ZIP files may require different reading, playback, or extraction applications. Review the listed formats before purchasing and contact us with compatibility questions.
5. Personal use and copyright
Your purchase grants a nonexclusive license to read or listen to the purchased content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may keep personal backup copies and use the files on your own compatible devices. Ownership of the copyright remains with the respective rights holder.
You may not resell, publicly upload, distribute, or share purchased files or private download links without permission, except as permitted by applicable law. These terms do not restrict fair use or other rights provided by law.
6. Refunds and download problems
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy available on this website and applicable consumer law. These terms do not add a separate “no refunds” rule or reduce rights provided by that policy or by law. If a download fails or the wrong file is delivered, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
7. Privacy and safe use
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. Protect your account credentials and download links. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details when requesting support, and do not use this website to attempt unauthorized access or disrupt its operation.
8. Changes and consumer rights
We may update these terms for future transactions by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove benefits or refund rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
